Dip the chicken in the egg then the bran crumbs, fry in a good non-stick pan or with some frylight. 5 Oat Brans will give you a LOT of crumbs (I had far too much chicken for one meal here), so either sprinkle the remainder in the pan to go with the goujons or use some of the oat bran slices at another point in the day.
